Where do I read Alert Messages?
To read Alert Messages
  1. You can click on “You have n Alert Messages” link on the home page
  2. You can also click on Alerts tab to view all your Alerts

How do I change my password?
  1. To change your password, go to Settings tab
  2. Click on Change Password
  3. Enter your old and new password
  4. Hit Save button

How do I change my Display Image?
  1. To change your Display Image, go to Settings tab
  2. Click on Change Image
  3. Click on the Change link below the image
  4. Provide the path for new image in the pop up
  5. Click on the Upload button to save changes

What is an ICE alert?
ICE is an acronym for In Case of Emergency. A user is allowed to add up to three ICE members to contact in case of emergency.

How do I add ICE members?
  1. To add an ICE member
  2. click on ICE tab
  3. Click on Add button
  4. Enter ICE member details and Hit Add button

Is there any limit on number of ICE members I can add?
Yes, you are allowed to add only three ICE members. Once you have added all the three members, the Add button on the ICE tab would be disabled.

Who can send alerts to members of a community?
Only the owner of the community is allowed to send alert messages to all the members of the community

How do I send an Alert Message to a community?
  1. Go to Alerts tab
  2. Click on Community alert button
  3. Select the community(ies) to send your alerts
  4. Enter the message and click on Send Alert
